At D.Franklin, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't a perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain protected during transit.

  Ship the Items

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier collection point.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
